Grilled Háwáiián Pineápple Chicken Kábobs




It’s grilling time ánd Grilled Háwáiián Pineápple Chicken Kábobs áre perfect for the summer grilling seáson! These pineápple chicken kábobs áre tender, juicy, flávorful, heálthy ánd delicious! They áre so light ánd fresh which mákes them perfect for summertime outdoor entertáining. They máke me wánt to háve á Háwáiián Luáu párty in my báckyárd with tiki torches, gráss skirts, ánd leis!



These Háwáiián Chicken Kábobs áre so eásy to máke ánd don’t require mány ingredients. Feel free to ádd some green peppers or onions if you would like. You cán álso páir these delicious kábobs with á váriety of side dishes or even máke á Háwáiián táco. I decided to serve my kábobs with cáuliflower fried rice ánd it wás án áwesome combinátion, the flávors blended together so well. Not only wás it delicious, it wás álso á very heálthy meál! My dáughter even sáid it wás her fávorite dinner! Big smile!






Ingredients needed to máke Grilled Háwáiián Pineápple Chicken Kábobs:



  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breásts – cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. Fresh Pineápple chunks
  • 1/3 cup pineápple juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sáuce
  • 3 táblespoons brown sugár
  • 1 táblespoon olive oil
  • 1 teáspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teáspoon minced gárlic – or 2 cloves minced



Note: You will álso need skewers. I used 8″ bámboo skewers. If you use bámboo skewers, you should soák them in wáter prior to use.


How to máke Grilled Háwáiián Pineápple Chicken Kábobs:


First, cube the chicken then pláce the chicken ánd pineápple chunks into á shállow dish. Mix the soy sáuce, pineápple juice, olive oil, minced gárlic, ginger ánd brown sugár together to creáte the márináde. Pour the márináde over the chicken ánd pineápple, then cover ánd refrigeráte for 3 hours.







Threád the pineápple ánd chicken onto the skewers, álternáting. Reserve the márináde for brushing.

Preheát the grill over medium-high heát. Brush the grátes with olive oil.


Grill the kábobs for 5 – 7 minutes, brush with the reserved márináde, then turn kábobs over ánd brush with the remáining márináde. Grill for án ádditionál 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through ánd juices run cleár. Serve immediátely ánd enjoy!
